Julie Ott

President of WCMS

Under Julie's leadership since 1996, WCMS has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to a team of 90 dedicated employees. The company operates across 15 states, delivering on-site comprehensive occupational health clinics that are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Julie's ability to understand and address the diverse requirements of different industries has been instrumental in the company's success. Julie's innovative thinking and strategic approach drive the development and implementation of customized on-site programs. She understands that every organization has its own distinct culture, objectives, and workforce dynamics. Dr. Joseph Berley

WCMS Medical Director

Dr. Berley has practiced in the field of corporate occupational health for over 25 years and has distinguished his career by holding various Directorship and Vice-President Positions for Mobil, Tenneco, and Pactiv Corporation. Dr. Berley received his Medical Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida and completed Internal Medicine Residency through the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. He has also obtained advanced education in public health and has extensive experience in the assessment, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives related to corporate occupational health. All efforts are focused on assisting clients with achieving operational goals and objectives and maximizing the overall value of programs, policies, and procedures to improve employee health and productivity while controlling health-related costs. Dr. Berley is a Member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Examiners.

Lisa Boone

WCMS Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at WCMS, Lisa is a highly skilled and accomplished professional who has played a pivotal role in the company's success. Hired in 2006 as a collector/clinic representative, Lisa quickly obtained certifications and developed a comprehensive knowledge base in all aspects of drug and alcohol testing. In 2009, Lisa took charge of the full-service drug screening division at WCMS and spearheaded its growth. Within a remarkably short span of three years, she tripled the business, highlighting her exceptional leadership and strategic abilities. Under Lisa's guidance, the WCMS clinic team of drug screening professionals was established, enabling WCMS to expand its services to over 70 clients across Indiana and other states. Lisa's expertise has been particularly instrumental in providing comprehensive programs that support school system drug and alcohol testing. These programs are now widely utilized by multiple school systems nationwide. Lisa's responsibilities extend beyond testing services as she also manages Human Resources operations, ensuring that WCMS maintains a strong and capable workforce. Her multidimensional role demonstrates her versatility and effectiveness as a leader within the organization. Lisa's exceptional leadership, expertise in drug and alcohol testing, and ability to manage both testing services and HR operations make her an invaluable asset to WCMS. Her commitment to providing comprehensive programs and her contribution to global operations highlight her dedication to the company's success.

April Kaufman

Manager - Clinic & Lab

April Kaufman is an accomplished professional serving as the Manager of Clinic and Lab Services at WCMS. April holds certifications as a Certified DATIA Collector and Certified BAT Train the Trainer. Denise Pullen

As a bilingual professional, Veronica offers the added advantage of providing administrative support in multiple languages. Her language skills enable effective communication and engagement with diverse client groups, ensuring that their needs are met and understood. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Veronica plays a vital role in supporting our clinic clients. Sydney Hensley

EMT-B Client Services Representative

Sydney is a dedicated emergency medical technician & is passionate about her career in the medical field. Sydney has been an EMT since November 2021, she provides the experience of formerly working on a 911 ambulance and performing well under stressful situations. Her background in emergency medicine allows her to assist our providers in treating any injury that walks into our clinic with efficiency and professionalism. At WCMS, Sydney has become a certified BAT and drug screen collector, is trained in vaccine administration, TB skin testing, and has been training in phlebotomy collections. She is also trained in providing accurate audiogram testing for our clients. Sydney is a motived employee who is always aspiring to learn and grow as medical professional. Her commitment to always being compassionate and kind make her a well-rounded medical technician, and a valuable member of our staff. WCMS mentorship and training has allowed Sydney to grow professionally in a clinic setting and provide excellent care for our clients. In her free time, Sydney is a “dog mom” who loves to spend time with her German shepherd Leo and golden retriever Hank.

Monica Roadruck

FNP - C

Monica Roadruck is a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience in occupational health and family medicine. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to providing exceptional care to patients, advocating for their well-being, and advancing the field of nursing through her expertise and leadership. Monica’s journey in healthcare began with a deep passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and went on to work at the hospital specializing in surgery and labor and delivery. Driven by her desire to expand her knowledge and expertise, Monica pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from the University of Indianapolis, specializing in the family nurse practitioner track. After graduation she began serving her community working in a prominent industrial setting. In her spare time, Monica finds joy immersing herself in nature and cherishing quality moments with her loved ones.

Bridget Swing

FNP - C

Bridget Swing is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in occupational and family health medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University Kokomo School of Nursing and went on to work at a local area hospital specializing in cardiac care, labor and delivery, Day Surgery, PACU and preadmission testing. Looking to better serve her patients, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Ball State University. She holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, Bridget enjoys working in her garden, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
